Nordic walking days

Spring until end of October - Thursday until Saturday

• Overnight stay, including breakfast
• Half board
• On the Friday, 2 hours of private introductory straining with a qualified nordic walking instructor
• On the Saturday suggestions for trips will be made to you in accordance with your ability
• Free hiring out of sticks on both days
• Take our extra treat home with you: a belt with a drinking bottle and power bar
